Luuvitosen Vippi #2 - Ted Bergcrona, Convoj
Lupatarkastajan toisen Luuvitosen Vipin on koonnut Convoj-basisti Ted. Ruotsalainen Convoj valloitti minun sydämen loppuvuodesta 2004, kun vinkattiin heidän kotisivuilleen hakemaan neljän biisin promoäänitettä. Tarttuvia kappaleita, vakuuttavaa soitantaa ja sovitusta sekä hienoa kokonaisuuden hallintaa. Yhtyeen voisi lokeroida osaksi uutta uutta aaltoa, jos haluaisi. Alkuvuodesta osa promobiiseistä julkaistiin osana yhtyeen ensimmäistä EP:tä, lafkana Chalksounds. Olen ahkeraan linkannut bändin ämpyröihin, tälläkin viikolla, eilen, mutta kerta kiellon päälle:

“Cut City. This band is not doing anything really new, but OMG what a great voice! For the rest what they are doing, they’re doing it really good! Alarma Man’s song really funny, and they’re a really funny band. Threeminutepopsongs‘ song is special. Sooo good. One of my all time favorite pop songs. If you don’t like it the first time, play it some more and I promise you will love it! Assid is doing what everyone always wanted to do: good eurodisko/punk. Really great beats and excellent melodies! Who could say no? Hawnay Troof is the best electro-rap ever! In all format! Hawnay is probably the coolest guy on the planet. I would marry him if that’d be possible!”
