Arsis - “Oh, The Humanity” mp3
Arsis - “Lust Before The Maggots Conquer” mp3
Honestly, this is something I’ve been waiting for, though I was not aware this is already released. Arsis’ debut album took me by a huge surpise and even if they seem to “play” as much as Children Of Bodom “played” on their fantastic debut album some nine years ago I’m still looking forward to hear the full album.

Both Enter My Silence albums are now available as free streaming audio from the band’s Myspace site. Fans of melodic death metal, this is worthy. I’d love to see the day when this band hit a lucky strike, since they seem to have problems with record labels. They are still rehearsing new material for the 3rd full-lenght with full confidence.

Mitä sä teet
Kun maailma katoo
Mitä sä teet
Kun sun sielus joutuu
Ensimmäistä kertaa valitsemaan
Hyvän ja pahan leikeissä
Mitä sä teet
Että oikeus voittaa
Today it’ve been 15 years exactly since the death of Jouni Mömmö of Mana Mana. I honoured his memory by writing a guest post to It’s A Trap! where you can also download track “Mikä on sun taivas?” from Mana Mana’s Totuus palaa album. Many thanks, Avi!

Some ideas are better than others, some get better recognized. Singer/songwriter Tony Naima’s idea to make a tribute album for death metal legends Dismember is one hell of an idea - not definitely great one, but hell of a one. His MySpace give two sample tracks; give them a go and see if you can find the death and metal there.

Kurhaus - “On My Last Night In Europe” mp3
If Kurhaus would be labelled as German hardcore act we should then redefine hardcore. They’ve got the screams, the fast beats and the manifest, but above all they’ve got their own interpretation of it all.
A Future Pornography is the title of their new album and the (sort of) title track “There’s A Party At The Crack House” writes: “We need a new pornography”. All senses numb, it’s a symbolic wake up alarm to everyone.
Kurhaus have also released a split with Escapado. So, Lars, are they really this good?

The Hope Conspiracy - “Suicide Design” mp3
I never even realised that The Hope Conspiracy was gone for some time, so it took me by surprise that Endnote, the last album I remembered from them actually was their last album.
Now on Deathwish Inc., Death Knows Your Name is strong comeback album in many terms, but mostly in terms of dirt, blood and death as well as disappointments with God, Jesus, Bush, war and life in general. Those are recommendations. It’s also very uncompromising album to certain degree, for example vocalist Kevin Baker sounds exactly same through first ten songs to the album. Just a bit more uncompromising variety, and this would be a monster. Now it just shakes. Goddamn, this shakes.

Yeah - the two week break became a month break and you all know, blogs live from frequent updates. I can’t deliver them, so as far as I’m concerned, Lupatarkastaja is dead. It may return as an undead, who knows - I still listen and look after new music, that have not died. I may continue with an another blog or at some another time, who knows, but from this moment on, please erase me from your bookmarks. All six of you. Shit. I feel like posting some links, but I won’t. Erase and rewind - later. SLAYER!!!
